The beautiful colors of the fall are upon us, temperatures are finally cooler and it’s time to give yourself a special treat! Come experience restorative yoga with organic essential oils that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Essentials oils have been used for thousands of years to balance the body and lighten the spirit and combined with yoga create a synergetic effect. We use props, bolsters and blankets to gently stretch and support the body and breathing exercises to quiet the mind with soothing background music to steady the stream of thoughts. The class is appropriate for all levels, but space is limited so be sure to sign up early!
