Join Ofie via ZOOM for this mixed level Classic Pilates Mat class. This class will incorporate the fundamentals of Pilates while advancing to the intermediate repertoire. This class will strengthen, lengthen, align and define your body using the BASI block system. This total body workout emphasizes body alignment to build strength, endurance, flexibility, creating a power center and enabling the rest of the body to move freely and balanced! You will leave this class feeling invigorated and revived!
