Fundamentals Pilates Mat

Tuesdays 9:30am With Julie

This class focuses on the fundamentals of the BASI/Pilates repertoire. The fundamentals are the "mini exercises" which create awareness of the primary biomechanics and form of each movement. These exercises are used to simplify and enhance the learning of the complex form we call Pilates. This class is designed to help you master the form in "little bites" to get into your body quickly. We recommend this class for the beginning student and those who want to build and maintain their Pilates foundation.
