Pilates Mat with the Ball
Friday January 27th 9-10am
This class will incorporate the fundamentals of Pilates. The focus will be on the FORM using correct biomechanics to create space, length, width, and depth while using the ball as a prop. This class will challenge you and create a sense of overall well being. This class is a mixed level class. Knowledge of basic Fundamentals and classic mat are recommended.
