Ofie's Elite Physiques offers one on one personal training with individualized programs to meet all your fitness needs. Our programs include strength and cardiovascular conditioning, sport specific training, functional training, pre & post natal training and specializing in Pilates, the ultimate crosstrainer.
Private and Semi-Private Training:
1. Pilates Mat & Pilates Apparatus
A conditioning program developed and practiced to balance strength with flexibilty,
allowing the structure of the body to move with optimum functionality.
2. Strength and Cardiovascular Conditioning
Safe and effective individualized programs to increase the cardiovascular system and
strengthen and tone the body as a whole.
3. Functional Training
Core and stability programs to improve activities of daily life.
4. Sport Specific Training
Individualized programs specific to enhance athletic performance.
5. Pre & Post Natal Training
Individualized programs specific for all stages of pregnancy including post-partum
6. Yoga Training
Individualized programs for all levels in several yoga specialties.
7. TRX Suspension Training
Individualized workout to increase total-body flexibility, promote mobility and stability
and develop core strength.
