About Pilates

Pilates: The method is a conditioning program developed and practiced to balance strength with flexibility allowing the structure of the body to move with optimum functionality. Pilates will increase flexibility, strengthen and tone the muscles, align the body uniformly, restore and increase vitality, stimulate the mind and elevate the spirit.

Come and experience this fun & exciting workout for yourself! Exotic Dance incorporates many of the same movements from Pilates & Yoga. You will get an amazing workout balancing your body, articulating your spine, letting go of your inhibitions, and creatively flowing to slow sensual music while building your physical & emotional strength & well being.
