About Pilates

Pilates: The method is a conditioning program developed and practiced to balance strength with flexibility allowing the structure of the body to move with optimum functionality. Pilates will increase flexibility, strengthen and tone the muscles, align the body uniformly, restore and increase vitality, stimulate the mind and elevate the spirit.

Come and experience this fun and exciting workout for yourself! Exotic dance encorporates many of the same movements from Pilates and Yoga.
